Vision. Traction. Healthy.
Three things have to be true at once. Most teams are strong at one of them.
A plan you actually believe in, not just agree to
Getting everyone on the same page is easy to say and hard to feel. I push your team past polite alignment to the kind of shared clarity people will fight for.
Accountability that's earned, not enforced
Focus and discipline don't come from tighter spreadsheets. They come from leaders who mean what they say and teams that trust each other to deliver. I care personally and challenge directly.
Strong teams start with whole leaders
A functional leadership team is the goal. A healthier leader is how you get there. I work with the whole person, not just their P&L.

Meet Dan
Dan Williams doesn't fit the mould of a typical EOS Implementer, and that's the point.
He's a five-time startup founder who has built businesses across technology, peer advisory, and mental health and wellbeing. He's the former CEO of Powernet, an Australian MSP he helped grow into a certified Great Place to Work. And he's an Expert EOS Implementer who has delivered hundreds of sessions to more than 75 companies across the globe.
But the numbers aren't what set him apart. Dan is driven by a single purpose: to positively impact the lives of leaders. Not just their P&L. The whole leader. He cares about the business they're building and the life they're living, because he's learned the two can't be separated.
That purpose shapes how he works. Dan doesn't just facilitate, he creates an experience. He cares personally about the people across the table and challenges them directly, because he believes that's what real growth demands.
He's also helped shape the profession itself. Dan led the Asia Pacific implementer community on behalf of EOS Worldwide and has trained more than 30 EOS Implementers, raising the standard for how leaders across the region are served.
He's not here to run a process. He's here to change how you lead, and how you live.
What it's like to implement EOS
Dan has drastically improved the performance of our leadership team. He has a calm, respectful, but no-nonsense approach, which has helped us stay on track and get the best out of our leadership retreats. I would strongly recommend Dan.
Dan has patience, listens intently, can control a room full of monkeys, and navigate sensitive subjects without making them awkward. Dan's coaching has been invaluable, and I would highly recommend him to any business.
We wanted Dan as our facilitator because of his friendly demeanour and experience in the MSP space. Dan has helped us overcome a number of hurdles that have had a significant impact on our business.

Two days each year to look further out and come back with a plan the team owns.
Before you get in touch
Who needs to be in the room?+
Your leadership team. Everyone who owns a major function, and nobody who does not. Usually between three and seven people.
How long does a session run?+
Most sessions run around seven hours, give or take an hour. A full day, properly cleared.
Do we have to commit to anything up front?+
No. The first conversation costs nothing, and you decide after the Focus Day whether to keep going.
Do you work outside Melbourne?+
Yes. I am based in Melbourne and work with teams across Australia and further afield, and I offer virtual sessions where travel does not make sense.
